Arpe del Mondo is created and organized by Raoul Moretti. From the experience made during the invitations in various Festival all around the world, Arpe del Mondo is a unique format in Europe: an International Harp Festival, arrived to the 10th Edition in 2024 dedicated principally to the traditions, above all South America and to the innovating projects. It is nowadays the most important Festival in Italy and one of the main in Europe, dedicated to the harp, due to his peculiarity. The activities are not only concerts in many different kind of locations, but also meeting with students of any kind of schools, master classes and great importance is given to the hospitality of the artists. The festival, produced by Ente Concerti Città di Iglesias with the collaborations of various international and local partners, take place all around Sardinia, spreading from the main town Cagliari. In nine editions organized almost 80 events in theatres, squares and streets, balconies, botanical gardens, pubs, cultural centres, schools; with about 20000 people for audience; in 13 towns of Sardinia with more than 60 artists from Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perù, Paraguay, Spain, USA, Serbia, Russia, Ucraina, Poland, Switzerland, Croatia, Turkey, Egypt, France, Holland, Belgium, England, Gambia, China, Japan and Australia.
Arpe del Mondo è un format unico in Europa, Partendo dall’esperienza fatta da Raoul come musicista invitato a numerosi festival in tutto il mondo. un Festival internazionale dell’arpa dedicato specialmente alle tradizioni , soprattutto latino americane, ed ai progetti di innovazione. Giunto alla decima edizione nel 2024, Grazie alle sue peculiarità il Festival è diventato il più importante in Italia ed uno dei maggiori in Europa, dedicati allo strumento. Le attività sono concerti in molti luoghi anche non convenzionali, incontri con le scuole di ogni ordine e grado, master class nei Conservatori, e grande importanza viene data all’attività di ospitalità degli artisti. Il Festival, prodotto dall’Ente Concerti Città di Iglesias con la collaborazione di numerosi partners locali ed internazionali , ha luogo nell’incantevole isola di Sardegna, irraggiandosi in 13 Comuni a partire dalla città principale, Cagliari. In nove edizioni sono stati organizzati circa 80 eventi tra teatri, clubs, ristoranti, scuole, strade, piazze, balconi, orti botanici e giardini, centri culturali ;con 20000 persone circa di pubblico e più di 60 artisti provenienti da Cile, Argentina, Messico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perù, Paraguay, Spagna, Stati Uniti, Serbia, Russia, Ucraina, Polonia, Svizzera, Croazia, Turchia, Egitto, Francia, Olanda, Belgio, Inghilterra, Gambia, Cina, Giappone ed Australia.
