Blue Silk is an experimental duo with the guitarist Matteo Giudici with a personal research that has led through a series of associated suggestions to the development of a musical language where consonance and dissonance have the same space and importance. This language is influenced by various kind of music and it expresses itself through expanded and poly- rhythmic sounds; liquid atmospheres from which melodic so- unds emerge.

Their works are the concept “Ea” ,also the first album (Sonitus Edition), which is born from the need to explore musically the rich subject which is the sea. Site of epic events, highway of trade and communication, source of life, knowledge, and inspiration. .. the sea, which through its oscillation between low and high tide resembles a huge, slow breath. Two tracks were used as soundtracks of “The Boiling sea”(White Fox Production), distributed in more than 20 States.   The second album edited by Ottonote is based on the incidental music composed for the theatre piece “Biancaneve ha le mutande di pizzo” by the Attivamente Company in Teatro Sociale of Como.

Also are to be remembered : the incidental music for the special event by Il Teatro Piccolo-Milan ideated by L. Ronconi for the re-opening for the historical site of the theatre in occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Fontana’s Square massacre;  the dance piece for two dancers “il Risveglio”, a production realized with Teatro Sociale in Como;  and the unique performance replicated successfully many times with the Dremel Artist Fabrizio Bellanca.

Blue Silk è un duo sperimentale, creato con il chitarrista Matteo Giudici, che attraverso una serie di comuni suggestioni ha sviluppato un percorso di ricerca dove consonanze e dissonanze godono dello stesso spazio e importanza. Tale linguaggio è influenzato da vari generi musicali e si esprime attraverso suoni dilatati, poliritmie, atmosfere liquide e magmatiche da dove emergono melodie.  Loro progetto sono il concept “Ea” (anche primo album edito da Sonitus Edizioni), nato per esplorare musicalmente la tematica del mare, luogo di epici eventi, via di comunicazione e commercio, fonte di vita, conoscenza ed inspirazione, le sue oscillazioni di alte e basse maree come un grande e lento respiro. Due brani sono stati utilizzati anche per il film “The Boiling Sea” (White Fox Production), distribuito in 20 Paesi. Il secondo album è edito da Ottonote ed è composto dalle musiche di scena della posizione teatrale “Biancaneve ha le mutande di pizzo” della Coop. Attivamente di Como, allestito presso il Teatro Sociale di Como.  Da ricordare anche le musiche di scena per l’evento speciale ideato da Luca Ronconi presso il Teatro Il Piccolo di Milano per la riapertura della storica sede ed in occasione del quarantesimo anniversario della strage di P.zza Fontana; lo spettacolo di danza “Il Risveglio”, una produzione del Teatro Sociale di Como; la performance unica nel suo genere, eseguita con successo numerose volte in tutta Italia, con l’artista pittore ed incisore Dremel Fabrizio Bellanca.
